Its much more important for children to learn letter sounds rather than letter names. Too bad because I like that the app compares the students letter with the example. Thats a nice touch.

Ads are popping up constantly, interrupting my childs play and yes you can remove them, but it costs $2.99! Removing this app immediately!

Im not trying to be mean but z is said like zed in the app in my opinion I has to be changed to z is well Z. Also when zebra is said it is spoken in an odd way, for example zee-bra is said like Zeb-bra. I hope you can fix it and hope you understand what I mean I Reyes my best to explain...

I understand the need for ads but pop up ads that pop up while the child is tracing a letter is just ABSURD! I was going to see if my grandchild could use this app before I paid for the ad free version but this just ruined it for me!! Delete!!

Irritating for a three year old. The acceptance to go to the ads game shouldnt be triggered near the x.

Why in the world was this app updated with an English voiceover ?? The english accent is very annoying and it doesnt pronounce letters correctly ...... "Z" is Z not zit !! Please fix this ...... My son loves this app and wants to play it all the time, but since he started to say the letters incorrectly, I dont let him use it anymore.

Ridiculous that I would spend money on an app and my daughter is being driven to An add page every 2 minutes. Its infuriating.

While my son was trying to use this ap for first time, the amount of ads, not even age appropriate, that kept popping up was ridiculous! Then, between the excessive ads there was a constant rate this ap pop up that didnt allow you to say no just to remind later which just push the pop up back 2 letters. There is also no reset for resetting a letter to start over when these popups come up and mess child up. To avoid aps they want you to pay $6 and this ap is not worth that especially with a person with an accent pronouncing the letters instead of someone who can pronounce the letters without accent more clearly. I dont recommend buying!

In app purchases pop up that my kids dont need to see. Then the app rewards scribbling... As long as you hit all the points. Dont bother.

Total joke. Im using this with my 3 year old and every 30 seconds an add pops up. Then when you X out, it open the App Store. So you have to get back to the game over and over.

My daughter likes this app. I agree that it isnt teaching them the base when they learn they can just touch the stars to move on and not really trace. There are some glitches. But it was making her happy. I paid the $2.99 to remove the ads and it did take care of some of them. But there is still a "try these games" huge banner at the bottom that directions her to download other apps. I thought that is what I was paying the $2.99 to remove all that junk guess not just some ads it seems. Was not happy when I learned that.

Too many ad pop ups for my 3 year old to use this app. He loves the game but gets frustrated every other letter when an ad pops up

This app is great in that it lets you trace letters with the great popping sound of hitting the stars. Some of the words are ridiculous for new learners. Like M is mosquito. Maybe start with mom or mop. The bad. This app ask you to rate it every 3rd word. Also an ad will pop between every second word after you start tracing. This makes your kids accidentally click on an ad you didnt intend on clicking. My guess this could be shown to be illegal. I understand why ads need to be on a free app but this is implemented poorly and is quite cheap and annoying that a potentially bad ad can pop without real consent.

I really like the ease of the finger tracing. With many similar finger tracing games, the actual tracing is difficult. But the ads are awful & constant. And there doesnt appear to be a US English option., so the app calls Z "Zed". I would rate this higher if the remove ads option removed all ads and if there was a U.S.-English Option.

For an app designed for kids, the ads that constantly pop up are completely inappropriate.
